To prepare this dish, you'll need the following ingredients: 500ml of water, one jar of curry sauce, one eggplant, one taro root, one carrot, two tablespoons of seasoning powder, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of chicken stock powder, five tablespoons of coconut cream, five tablespoons of milk, ten prawns, and a packet of fish cakes.

 

3. How to Make Delicious Seafood Curry

 

Peel the prawns, remove the heads, and leave the tails intact. Cut the prawn's back open and fry with oil.

 

Slice the squid into large pieces and score the surface. Blanch in boiling water with ginger. Then, blanch the fish cakes. Cut the carrot and taro into cubes and fry with oil. Cut the eggplant into 4 pieces (about 5 cm each) and fry with oil.

 

After frying and boiling, rinse the ingredients with cold water to remove excess oil. Boil 500ml of cold water, one jar of curry sauce, carrots, and taro in a pot. Then, add sugar, chicken stock powder, seasoning powder, coconut cream, and milk. Boil until the ingredients are tender and the curry thickens.

 

Finally, add prawns, squid, and fish cakes, and bring to a boil again. Add the eggplant and garnish the dish.
