After leaving the peaceful orchard behind, our coach will take us back to the riverside and continue on to Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the oldest and most renowned temples in My Tho. Located on Nguyen Trung Truc Street, My An Hamlet, My Phong Commune, this pagoda will impress you from the very first glance.

What makes Vinh Trang Pagoda truly remarkable is its fusion of Asian and European architecture. You’ll see the graceful curves and traditional tiled roofs of Asia, beautifully combined with Roman - style motifs and French - inspired arches. Altogether, the structure presents a harmony of contrasts - solemn and sacred in its Buddhist essence, yet elegant and romantic with Western touches.

Inside the temple, you’ll have the chance to admire magnificent Buddha statues, especially the Maitreya Buddha and the Shakyamuni Buddha, which reflect the deep devotion of the local people to Buddhism.
